بعد انقلاب عسكري: رئيس غينيا بيساو يصل داكار بتدخل سنغالي عاجل
وصل الرئيس الغيني بيساو، عمرو سيسوكو إمبالو، إلى العاصمة السنغالية داكار، بعد تدخل دبلوماسي واستعجالي قامت به حكومة السنغال في أعقاب محاولة انقلاب عسكري شهدتها بيساو خلال الساعات الماضية.
وجاء وصول إمبالو عقب مشاركته عبر الفيديو في قمة استثنائية لقادة دول المجموعة الاقتصادية لدول غرب إفريقيا (سيدياو)، التي أدانت محاولة الاستيلاء على السلطة بالقوة، ودعت إلى العودة الفورية لاحترام الدستور والإفراج غير المشروط عن الرئيس وجميع المعتقلين.
وأكد رئيس السنغال، بشير جوماي فاي، خلال القمة، على ضرورة احترام النظام الدستوري وحماية المدنيين وضمان عملية انتخابية شفافة وسلمية، مشدداً على دور المجموعة الإقليمية في دعم الاستقرار في بيساو.
ومنذ اندلاع الأزمة، باشرت السلطات السنغالية اتصالات مباشرة مع مختلف الأطراف في غينيا بيساو، مركّزة على إطلاق سراح إمبالو وبعض مناصريه وفتح الحدود لتسهيل عمليات الإجلاء. وقد خصصت الحكومة السنغالية طائرة خاصة لإعادة شخصيات وفرق مراقبة انتخابية، ما أتاح وصول الرئيس إمبالو إلى داكار في أجواء آمنة.
وتؤكد السنغال استعدادها للعمل مع الاتحاد الإفريقي و«سيدياو» وشركائها الدوليين لدعم الحوار واستعادة الشرعية الدستورية والاستقرار في البلد الجار
