بارتلمي جاز ينتظر قرار المحكمة العليا اليوم حول بلدية داكار
تبتّ المحكمة العليا في السنغال، اليوم الخميس، في الطعن الذي قدّمه بارتلمي جاز ضد قرار عزله من رئاسة بلدية داكار. ويسعى جاز، الذي فقد منصبه في ديسمبر 2024 بقرار من والي داكار إثر إدانته في قضية تعود إلى 2011، إلى استعادة كرسيه البلدي.
وكانت تلك الإدانة، بعقوبة سنتين سجنًا منها ستة أشهر نافذة، قد كلّفته أيضًا مقعده البرلماني يوم 25 أغسطس الماضي. وبعد أيام قليلة فقط، انتخب المجلس البلدي خليفته، الوزير السابق وعضو حزب باستيف، عباس فال، الذي فاز بـ49 صوتًا من أصل 88. محاولة جاز لوقف هذا الانتخاب باءت بالفشل بعد أن رفضت المحكمة العليا دعواه المستعجلة.
قرار المحكمة العليا المنتظر اليوم قد يشكل منعطفًا حاسمًا: فإما أن يُعيد جاز إلى منصبه ويُنهي مبكرًا ولاية عباس فال المقررة حتى 2027، وإما أن يُغلق نهائيًا صفحة مسيرته في بلدية داكار.
الأنظار مشدودة إلى الساعات القادمة، لمعرفة ما إذا كان جاز سيكسب المعركة بعد أن خسر الجولة الأولى
