المؤتمر السنوي الثامن والثلاثين لمسلمي أمريكا اللاتينية ودول البحر الكاريبي بالبرازيل:الوزير السعودي للشؤون الإسلامية يؤكد أهمية العناية بالشباب وتحصين فكرهم، وربطهم بكتاب الله وسنة نبيه
أكد معالي وزير الشؤون الإسلامية والدعوة والإرشاد بالمملكة العربية السعودية الشيخ الدكتور عبداللطيف بن عبدالعزيز آل الشيخ، أن العناية بالشباب أمانة ورسالة عظيمة، فهم عماد الأمم وسبب نهضتها، وبصلاحهم يكون صلاح البلاد والعباد، مضيفاً أن مرحلة الشباب هي وقت التحصيل والجد والاجتهاد، وأن حسن استثمارها يثمر نتائج عظيمة على الفرد والمجتمع.
جاء ذلك خلال كلمة المملكة لمعالي وزير الشؤون الإسلامية والدعوة والإرشاد الدكتور عبداللطيف آل الشيخ والتي ألقاها نيابة عنه وكيل الوزارة للشؤون الإسلامية الدكتور عواد بن سبتي العنزي، في حفل افتتاح المؤتمر السنوي الثامن والثلاثين لمسلمي أمريكا اللاتينية ودول البحر الكاريبي، الذي انطلق مساء يوم أمس الجمعة بتنظيم من مركز الدعوة الإسلامية بأمريكا اللاتينية ودول البحر الكاريبي بالتعاون مع الوزارة، والذي يُقام هذا العام تحت عنوان: “الشباب المسلم في عصر الذكاء الاصطناعي: آفاق وتحديات”، وذلك خلال الفترة من 21 إلى 23 نوفمبر 2025م بمدينة ساوباولو في جمهورية البرازيل الاتحادية، بمشاركة وفود رسمية وباحثين ومختصين من مختلف الدول.
وأوضح معالي الوزير الدكتور عبداللطيف آل الشيخ أن الشباب اليوم أحوج ما يكونون إلى تعزيز عقيدتهم، وتحصين فكرهم، وربطهم بكتاب الله وسنة نبيه صلى الله عليه وسلم، لاسيما في ظل ما يشهده العالم من فتن ومتغيرات، وتقلبات فكرية وأخلاقية، وبيئات رقمية تعج بأمواج الغلو والانحلال والإلحاد، مشدداً على دور الدعاة والمربين وأهل العلم في مواجهة هذه التحديات، وتحصين الشباب بمنهج الإسلام الوسطي الذي هو وسط بين الغلو والجفاء.
وأضاف ” آل الشيخ ” أن العالم يمر بتحولات كبرى وتغيرات متسارعة، صاحَبها تصاعد في الخطابات المتطرفة والدعوات إلى الإلحاد، مما يتطلب جهودًا مشتركة لتمكين الشباب من بناء عقيدتهم الصحيحة، وتعزيز وعيهم، وترسيخ ثوابتهم الدينية، مؤكدًا أن التمسك بالعقيدة الصحيحة هو أساس العز والرفعة في الدنيا والآخرة.
وأشار معالي الوزير الدكتور عبداللطيف آل الشيخ إلى التجربة الريادية للمملكة العربية السعودية في العناية بالشباب وتحصين فكرهم، بقيادة خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، وسمو ولي عهده الأمين الأمير محمد بن سلمان — حفظهما الله — حيث قامت المملكة على منهج الوسطية والاعتدال، وتحكيم الكتاب والسنة، والاهتمام بعقيدة التوحيد، والأخذ بأسباب التطور، حتى أصبحت نموذجًا عالميًا في الجمع بين الثوابت والمتغيرات النافعة.
و نوه معاليه بمضامين ومحاور المؤتمر في دورته الحالية والذي يحمل عنوان “الشباب المسلم في عصر الذكاء الاصطناعي: آفاق وتحديات” يأتي ضمن الجهود المبذولة لتعزيز الدور الإيجابي للشباب في مجتمعات الأقليات المسلمة، ورفع الوعي بالاستخدام الأمثل لتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، وبيان التحديات العقدية والفكرية والاجتماعية المرتبطة به، واستعراض الحلول الكفيلة بتوظيفه في خدمة العلم الشرعي والدعوة.
وأوضح معالي وزير الشؤون الإسلامية الدكتور عبداللطيف آل الشيخ أن المملكة كانت من أوائل الدول التي اهتمت بالذكاء الاصطناعي وتقنياته، وأنشأت لذلك الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا)، التي تقود التوجه الوطني في هذا المجال، وتعمل على بناء القدرات الوطنية وفق رؤية المملكة 2030. كما أطلقت مبادرة “مليون سعودي للذكاء الاصطناعي – سماي” لتأهيل جيل من الشباب المتمكن في مهارات المستقبل، وأنشأت أكاديمية سدايا التي تقدم برامج تدريبية متقدمة في الذكاء الاصطناعي والبيانات، إلى جانب استضافة المملكة للقمة العالمية للذكاء الاصطناعي.
واختتم معالي وزير الشؤون الإسلامية والدعوة والإرشاد كلمته بالتأكيد على أهمية خروج المؤتمر بتوصيات تسهم في تمكين الشباب المسلم، ومعالجة التحديات المرتبطة بالذكاء الاصطناعي، معربًا عن شكره لرئيس مركز الدعوة في أمريكا اللاتينية والبحر الكاريبي الشيخ أحمد الصيفي، وللقائمين على المؤتمر، ولجميع المشاركين والحضور.
وكان الحفل الافتتاحي للمؤتمر انطلق بالسلام الملكي السعودي والنشيد الوطني للبرازيل واستعراض فيلم وثائقي عن تاريخه وأبرز منجزاته الممتدة لأربعين عاما وسط حضور كبير من المسؤولين في الحكومة البرازيلية وعدد من الشخصيات السياسية والإسلامية البارزة في امريكا الجنوبية .
وتحدث رؤساء البعثات والوفود المشاركة في الحفل الافتتاحي للمؤتمر عن أهميته في دعم مسيرة التعاون بين المؤسسات والمنظمات الإسلامية للقيام بدورها التوعوي ، منوهين بدور المملكة ممثلة بوزارة الشؤون الإسلامية والدعوة والإرشاد في رعاية ودعم المؤتمر عبر مسيرته الممتدة منذ عقود من الزمان، مشيدين بدور المملكة في دعم وتعزيز مسيرة التعاون مع المراكز الإسلامية في امريكا اللاتينية ودول البحر الكاريبي التي تعتبر مظلة لدعم الأقليات المسلمة في امريكا الجنوبية.
ويناقش المؤتمر في جلساته ومحاوره بمشاركة باحثين ومفكرين التعريف بأهمية الشباب في الإسلام ودورهم في مجتمع الأقليات المسلمة، وبيان أهمية الذكاء الاصطناعي وأنواعه ودور الشباب المسلم في استخدامه في العصر الحالي، كما يستعرض واقع استخدامات الذكاء الاصطناعي في دول أمريكا اللاتينية والبحر الكاريبي، ويسعى لتعزيز الاستخدام الأمثل للذكاء الاصطناعي في خدمة مجتمع الأقليات المسلمة، إلى جانب إبراز آفاق الذكاء الاصطناعي في نشر العلم الشرعي والدعوة، والتعرف على أبرز التحديات العقدية والشرعية والفكرية والتقنية واللغوية والأخلاقية والاجتماعية المرتبطة به، ودراسة سبل مواجهة هذه التحديات بما يتوافق مع المبادئ الإسلامية والقيم المجتمعية.
