العلاقات البحرينية الأفريقية.

تحتفظ مملكة البحرين بعلاقات قديمة مع القارة الافريقية ويعود ذلك الى تاريخ مملكة البحرين القديم التي كانت تسمى قديماً بأسماء متعددة مثل دلمون ويرجع تاريخ اسم دلمون للألفية الثالثة قبل الميلاد، وقد ورد اسم دلمون في الكتابات المسمارية القديمة، وأثبتت التنقيبات الأثرية أن البحرين هي دلمون، وهي ذاتها المشار إليها في النصوص، وكانت تمتلك أكبر مدن وقرى تعج بالحياة، كما أطلق عليها إسم تايلوس وارادوس، وهما اسمان أطلقهما اليونانيون على جزيرتي “المنامة والمحرق” في القرن الثالث قبل الميلاد، وقد أرسل الإسكندر الأكبر حملة بقيادة القائد اليوناني نياخوس، لاستكشاف هذه المنطقة، وقد وجدت معلومات تاريخية عن هذه الفترة، ضمن الاكتشافات الحديثة، كما أطلق عليها قبل العصر الإسلامي بإسم أوال، ويرتبط الاسم بإله لقبيلة وائل التي سكنت البحرين سابقاً قبل الإسلام.
تحدثنا في مقالات سابقة عن علاقة دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي بدول القارة الافريقية وذكرنا بأن دول القرن الافريقي هي امتداداً للأمن القومي الخليجي ، ومملكة البحرين عملت كشقيقاتها الخليجيات على تطوير علاقتها بدول القرن الافريقي أولاً ففي عام 2014 أفتتح في الصومال وبتمويل من المؤسسة الخيرية الملكية مستشفى مملكة البحرين الوطني التخصصي لتحسين الخدمات الطبية، ومجمع مملكة البحرين التعليمي لدعم التعليم في الصومال والذي يشمل جامعة الصومال الوطنية بجميع الكليات العلمية، بالإضافة إلى معهد العلوم المالية والمصرفية،ومركز البحرين لطب وجراحة العيون، كما شاركت الصومال بوفد رسمي يترأسه وزير المالية الصومالي محمد إبراهيم فرغيتي في مؤتمر المالية للدول العربية الذي أقيم في المنامة في إبريل 2016، أما في دولة جيبوتي دشنت المنامة مشروع (قرية البحرين التنموية) في ديسمبر2015، وذلك إنطلاقاً لدعم التنمية المجتمعية في جيبوتي، أما في أسمره وتعزيزاً للعلاقات البحرينية الأرتيرية زار وفداً أرتيرياً مملكة البحرين للإطلاع على النموذج البحريني في ريادة الأعمال والمؤسسات المالية وذلك ضمن دورة ريادة الأعمال التي تديرها منظمة الأمم المتحدة للتنمية الصناعية (UNIDO).
أما في السنغال فلقد وقعت مملكة البحرين مع جمهورية السنغال اتفاقية تدريب خبراء اقتصاد سنغاليين في (معهد البحرين للدراسات المصرفية والمالية/ Bahrain Institute of Banking & Finance)، خاصة أن هذا المعهد يقوم بدور حيوي في تدريب وتطوير الثروة البشرية في مجالات الخدمات المصرفية، والمالية الإسلامية، والتنمية التنفيذية، والقيادة الإدارية، والتأمين، وتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، وتؤدي البحرين دورا حيويا في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا في هذا المجال، في مارس 2016، أقيم في داكار «أعمال المنتدى الأول للأعمال الحلال في أفريقيا»، تحت شعار «نحو دينامية المبادلات التجارية مع دول الخليج العربي وآسيا»، وترأس الوفد الخليجي رئيس الاتحاد العام للغرف التجارية لدول مجلس التعاون الخليجي البحريني السيد “عبد الرحيم نقي”
ولو إتجهنا جنوباُ فنجد أن المنامة نجحت في موزمبيق من خلال تأسيس المنامه ومن خلال شركة ميدال للكابلات مصنع ألمنيوم في العاصمة مابوتو بقيمة 65 مليون دولار، وأكدت البحرين أن موزمبيق تمثل فرصه لشركة ميدال للإنتشارفي السوق الإفريقية.
