السنغال والسعودية.. 278 مليار فرنك إفريقي لمشاريع تنموية كبرى
بمناسبة الذكرى الـ95 لليوم الوطني للمملكة العربية السعودية، أكد وزير الاقتصاد والتخطيط والتعاون، عبد الرحمن سار، أن الشراكة بين السنغال والمملكة أثمرت توقيع أكثر من 27 اتفاقية قروض بقيمة إجمالية تناهز 500 مليون دولار أمريكي، أي ما يعادل 278 مليار فرنك إفريقي.
وأوضح الوزير أن المملكة العربية السعودية تُعد شريكًا استراتيجيًا للسنغال في قطاعات حيوية مثل البنية التحتية، و النقل، والتعليم، والصحة والطاقة. ويقوم الصندوق السعودي للتنمية بتمويل أربعة مشاريع كبرى بقيمة 95,1 مليار فرنك إفريقي، من بينها مشروع الطريق السريع داكار–تيفاوان–سانت لويس، إضافة إلى برنامج فك العزلة عن المناطق الزراعية والتعدينية.
كما أشاد عبد الرحمن سار بدعم الصندوق السعودي للتنمية لبرنامج الطوارئ لتنمية المجتمعات المحلية (PUDC)، مبرزًا إعادة تقييم الاتفاق بين الشركة الوطنية للمياه (SONES) والشركة السعودية “أكوا باور” لإنشاء محطة لتحلية مياه البحر على الساحل الكبير، باعتبارها نموذجًا للتعاون المتجدد بين البلدين.
وفي السياق ذاته، جدد السفير السعودي لدى السنغال، سعد بن عبد الله النفيعي ، التزام بلاده بمواصلة دعم المشاريع التنموية في إطار شراكة تقوم على الثقة والاحترام المتبادل، مؤكّدًا أن العلاقات بين داكار والرياض تمثل نموذجًا للتعاون المثمر بين إفريقيا والعالم العربي.
وأشار الوزير إلى أن السنغال تتطلع إلى تطوير أساليب هذا التعاون ليصبح أكثر تنوعًا وفائدة متبادلة، معلنًا أن مشاركة السعودية كضيف شرف في النسخة المقبلة من منتدى “استثمر في السنغال” الذي سيعقد خلال يومي 7 و8 أكتوبر 2025، ستكون فرصة لتعزيز الشراكة الاستراتيجية بين البلدين.
