السنغال: هل يتجه “بشير جوماي فاي” نحو حكومة وحدة وطنية؟

خرج “بشير جوماي دياخار فاي” منتصرا في الانتخابات الرئاسية بحصوله على مليونين وأربعمائة وأربعة وثلاثين ألفا وسبعمائة وواحد وخمسين صوتا، أي بنسبة 54.28%. وبذلك يصبح الرئيس الخامس المنتخب ديمقراطياً لجمهورية السنغال.
بعد أيام قليلة من إعلان النتائج الرسمية للانتخابات الرئاسية التي أجريت في 24 مارس 2024، سيتعين على الرئيس المنتخب “بشير جوماي دياخار فاي”، الذي اتخذ فندقا في الساحة مقرا له لبعض الوقت، في انتظار تشكيل حكومة جديدة.
الحكومة الأولى لباسيرو ديوماي فاي…

يمكن أن يكون عثمان سونكو، زعيم باستيف، نائب الرئيس أو رئيس وزراء الحكومة الأولى للرئيس “بشير جوماي فاي”.
الأب المؤسس للمشروع، “سونكو” قادر على قيادة الفريق الحكومي الذي يتوقعه السنغاليون لإصلاح النظام.

وبالفعل يشكل النساء والرجال ذوي القيم ائتلاف رئيس “ديوماي” عدا عن نشطاء باستيف، وهناك شخصيات سياسية انضمت إلى الائتلاف منذ إنشائه، وآخرون خلال الحملة الانتخابية، وأخيراً آخرهم الذين توقعوا كثيراً قبل إعطاء تعليمات التصويت، قبل 48 ساعة من الانتخابات.
كان “حبيب سي” والدكتور شيخ التجاني ديي، ومصطفى مامبا غيراسي، وعايدة مبودجي، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، جزءًا من تحالف يووي أسكان واي. فاز الائتلاف المذكور بالعديد من المجالس البلدية خلال الانتخابات المحلية، ثم حصل على العديد من النواب خلال الانتخابات التشريعية لعام 2022.
وكانت البروفيسورة “ماري تيو نيان” هي التي حددت الاتجاه، من خلال إعطاء تعليمات للتصويت لصالح “يووي أسكان واي” في سانت لويس خلال الانتخابات التشريعية. في 31 يوليو 2022، وبذلك أدار الائتلاف ظهره للتحالف من أجل الجمهورية وماكي سال.
انضمت “أميناتا توري” المعروفة باسم “ميمي توري” إلى معسكر المعارضة بعد أن طردها زعيم أبريل، بعد تعيين “أمادو مامي ديوب” رئيسًا للجمعية الوطنية في سبتمبر 2022.
