السنغال : جماعة عباد الرحمن تصدر بلاغا عن الظروف التي تمر بها البلاد .

الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله وعلى آله وصحبه
أما بعد : فقد انعقد مجلس شورى جماعة عباد الرحمن في تياس بتاريخ ١٠-١١ ديسمبر ٢٠٢٢ الموافق ل ١٦-١٧ ١٤٤٤ ه-
وصدر بمناسبته بلاغ من إمارة الجماعة، وهذا نصه :

إن بلادنا السنغال من الدول التي من الله عليها بالأمن والأمان والاستقرار و السلام منذ نشأتها إلى يوم الناس هذا.
، و قد انعكس هذا إيجابا على سلوك السكان عامة بدرجات متفاوتة، وذلك مما يستدعي أن نحمد الله تعالى على تلك النعمة التي حرمها دولا كثيرة من العالم اليوم. و الحمد لله على نعمة الأمن والأمان والاستقرار و السلام. يقول المولى جل و علا : ” وَضَرَبَ اللَّهُ مَثَلًا قَرْيَةً كَانَتْ آمِنَةً مُّطْمَئِنَّةً يَأْتِيهَا رِزْقُهَا رَغَدًا مِّن كُلِّ مَكَانٍ فَكَفَرَتْ بِأَنْعُمِ اللَّهِ فَأَذَاقَهَا اللَّهُ لِبَاسَ الْجُوعِ وَالْخَوْفِ بِمَا كَانُوا يَصْنَعُونَ “
سورة النحل 112 .

ومع ذلك كله نلاحظ منذ فترة أن هناك ما يهدد أمن بلادنا و أمانها و يقوض استقرارها و يعتدي على سلامتها، و يظهر ذلك جليا فيما يلي :
1- أن نظامينا التربوي و الطبي أو الصحي مهلهلان بسبب الخلافات المتكررة بين النقابات و الحكومة عاما بعد عام ، و كأن لا أحد يريد التوصل إلى حل للأزمة، و هذه الأزمة تنعكس سلبا على مستقبل السنغال في كل جوانب الحياة. و هذا ما لا نريده و لا نرضاه لبلادنا المحبوبة و بالتالي نرجو حلا سريعا لذلك
2- أن النظام الديمقراطي الذي نتغنى به، و التداول على السلطة الذي نفتخر به على المستوى الإقليمي يبدو أنه يجتث الآن من فوق الأرض ، و لا أحد يستفيد من ذلك بل نتضرر جميعا حسا و معنى، و من هنا نستنكر السلوك السلبي الذي لوحظ في بداية الدورة التشريعية الرابعة عشر ، كما ندعو الساسة كل الساسة إلى التحلي بالقيم الدينية والعرفية و المهنية، و إلى احترام الدستور و القوانين المنظمة للديموقراطية .
3- في الجانب الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، نرى ان تردي الظروف الاقتصادية للمواطنين نتيجة غلاء المعيشة وندرة فرص العمل، دفع الناس إلى اللجوء للوسائل غير المشروعة، وغير الأخلاقية من شعوذة وقمار وسلب ونهب مسلح أحيانا ، و ذلك يتطلب سياسة واضحة مناسبة لحجم المشكلة و لحلها تدريجيا إلى حسن فأحسن .
4- في الجانب الأمني ، نجد تناميا لظاهرة القتل والاعتداء على ممتلكات الناس باستخدام العنف بشكل لم يسبق له مثيل في تاريخ هذا البلد الذي كان واحة أمن وامان ، و ندعو السلطات المعنية إلى بذل المزيد من الجهود لتعزيز الأمن والاستقرار في الأرواح و الممتلكات .
5- أن الساحة السنغالية تغزوها اليوم جيوش ضخمة من السحرة والمشعوذين والعرافين ومن الواضح للعيان، أن الناس يلجأون إلى هؤلاء لحل مشكلاتهم الاجتماعية والاقتصادية، بل أصبحت الظاهرة سوقا رائجة يقصدها الساسة وبعض من يدعي المشيخة، مما يعكس تدني المستوى التعليمي والثقافي والديني لدى شريحة كبيرة من المجتمع، مما يتطلب جهودا جبارة في التعليم والتثقيف والتوعية والدعوة إلى الإيمان بالله وتوحيده بكل ما للكلمة من معنى
وختاما نسأل الله أن يحفظ بلدنا وسائر البلاد، إنه ولي ذلك كله والقادر عليه، وصلى الله على نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين.
