السنغال : تنصيب القائد الأعلى الجديد لقوات الدرك في مهامه

عيّن وزير القوات المسلحة، الجنرال برام ديوب، اليوم الثلاثاء، اللواء “مارتين فاي ” في منصبه الجديد قائدا لقوات الدرك الوطني ومديرا للقضاء العسكري، خلفا للجنرال موسى فال.

أقيم حفل التنصيب في مركز سامبا جيري جالو في داكار.

والقائد الأكبر للدرك. الجديد دخل الخدمة في 4 أكتوبر 1990 كجزء من التجنيد المباشر من المدرسة الوطنية للضباط العاملين (ENOA) في تييس، وقد قضى الجنرال فاي أربعة وثلاثين عامًا من الخدمة. بعد أن بدأ حياته المهنية في الجيش، تم قبوله في الدرك في 1 يونيو 1995.

مدرب في مركز التدريب لكتيبة التدريب الثانية عشرة (داكار بانغو)، ترقى الجنرال فاي بعد ذلك في الرتب، ليصبح، من بين الأوسمة الأخرى، رئيس سلسلة التوظيف والعمليات في هيئة أركان القيادة العليا، وقائد قوات الدرك الإقليمية ونائب القائد الأول ونائب مدير القضاء العسكري.

وأكد وزير القوات المسلحة، الجنرال بيرام جوب ، أن “الصفة الاستثنائية للجنرال “فاي ” أنه يتمتع بصفات إنسانية ومهنية رائعة تجعل منه قائدًا ناجحًا”.

ودعا الوزير القائد الأعلى للدرك إلى “جعل القضية الأمنية كهنوته، من خلال تغيير المقاربات والنماذج، من أجل استجابة عملية ومحققة، ثمرة التعاون بين قوات الدفاع والأمن .

وفي حديثه بعد الوزير، وعد الجنرال فاي بجعل قوات الدرك “مؤسسة قوية تلبي توقعات السلطات والسكان من أجل سنغال موحدة ومستقرة ومزدهرة”.

ومن هذا المنطلق، أعلن عن عدة إجراءات مثل “تجنيد وحدات لتحسين نسبة الدرك إلى السكان، وربط كامل الإقليم، وإنشاء قناة تلفزيونية جديدة للدرك لتعميق علاقاتها مع السكان”.

وأشار أيضا إلى الإنشاء المرتقب لـ “مدونة أخلاقية تحكم عمل رجال الدرك”، فضلا عن “تدابير قوية أخرى .
