السنغال: تعلن حالة الطوارئ وحذرا للتجوال

في خطاب وجهه الرئيس ماكي سال قبل قليل قال: إن الأمة السنغالية في مواجهة مع وباء يشكل خطرا، وقال: “إن سرعة انتشار الفيروس تجبرنا على اتخاذ التدابير. نحن نواجه خطر الكارثة العامة ” مؤكدا أن الوضع يتطلب اتخاذ قرارات في مواجهة محنة الانتشار إذ لم يعد هناك بدائل عن إعلان حالة الطوارئ على كامل الأراضي الوطنية.
كما أعلن عن فرض حظر التجول من الساعة 8 مساءً حتى الساعة 6 صباحاً ، ابتداءً من منتصف الليل.
