السعودية: هذه أبرز قرارات وزارة الشؤون الإسلامية لمواجهة “كورونا”

مع دخول شهر رمضان المبارك للعام الجاري 1441هـ، أصدرت وزارة الشؤون الإسلامية بالمملكة سلسلة تعليمات لمنسوبي المساجد تؤكد على استمرار الوزارة في تنفيذ برامجها الدعوية الإرشادية وتحذر من المساس والتهاون في مخالفة التعليمات الصادرة لحماية قاصدي بيوت الله والاستمرار بتنفيذ الإجراءات الوقائية المتوافقة مع مواكبة جهود الجهات المالمختصة بمتابعة جائحة كورونا، وتم إصدار تعميم باعتماد وقت آذان العشاء خلال رمضان كالأشهر الأخرى دون تأخير نظراً لغلق المساجد بسبب الإجراءات الاحترازية
وتضمنت قرارات وزارة الشؤون الاسلامية توجيهات استهدفت الموظفين ومنسوبي المساجد وأعمال الوزارة التوعوية والإرشادية لبيان الواجب الشرعي المطلوب من المسلم القيام به تجاه هذا الوباء حماية لنفسه ولغيره، وبيان ضرورة اتباع التعليمات الصادرة من الجهات المختصة بالعمل بالإجراءات الاحترازية للوقاية من هذا الفيروس الخطير.
فمن القرارات المتعلقة بحماية منسوبي الوزارة: إيقاف العمل بنظام البصمة في ديوان الوزارة وفروعها والعودة إلى البيانات الورقية، وإصدار قرار بخفض حضور الموظفين بنسبة 50% على أن يمارس باقي الموظفين أعمالهم عن بعد، وتطبيق ساعات الدوام المرنة بمعدل ساعة حضوراً وانصرافا .
ومن القرارات التي أقرتها الوزارة: تخصيص خطبة الجمعة لأسبوعين متتاليين في أكثر من 15 ألف جامع بالمملكة للحديث عن التوجيهات الشرعية حيال التعامل مع الأمراض المعدية ومنها فيروس كورونا، ووجوب العمل بالإجراءات الوقائية وبيان خطر التهاون في العمل بها، وتنفيذ أكبر حملة توعوية بالمساجد والجوامع بالتنسيق مع وزارة الصحة .
ولضمان عدم التزاحم في الجوامع وقت أداء صلاة الجمعة: تم إصدار قرار بإقامة صلاة الجمعة في المساجد القريبة من الجوامع المزدحمة وترك مقدار صف بين كل صفين في جميع الصلوات الخمس ، إلى جانب تقليل المدة الزمنية بين الآذان والإقامة في صلوات الفروض لعشر دقائق ،واختصار وقت صلاة وخطبة الجمعة لـ 15 دقيقة ومنع الاعتكاف وإيقاف إجراءات تفطير الصائمين وإزالة الأطعمة والتمور وأكواب المياه المستعملة.
كما تم تعليق كافة الدروس العلمية والمحاضرات وإيقاف التعليم بالدور النسائية وحلقات تحفيظ القرآن الكريم في مساجد وجوامع المملكة، إلى جانب البدء بالعملية التوعوية والتعليمية عبر الوسائط الإلكترونية، والبدء في استقبال استفسارات المراجعين عبر وسائل التواصل المعلن عنها في بوابة الوزارة الالكترونية.
وكان من بين القرارات في حماية مرتادي بيوت الله منع إدخال مياه الشرب إلى المساجد والجوامع مؤقتاً، وإغلاق أماكن الوضوء ودورات المياه وفتح النوافذ وإشراع الأبواب وقت الصلاة في كافة المساجد والجوامع، وتزويد كافة المساجد بأجهزة التعقيم والنظافة والتأكيد على متعهدي الصيانة بتوفيرها على مدار الساعة .
وبعد قرار غلق المساجد بالمملكة عملاً بالفتوى الصادرة من هيئة كبار العلماء، وجهت الوزارة بـإيقاف إقامة صلاة الجمعة والجماعة في المساجد والجوامع وإغلاقها مؤقتاً والاكتفاء برفع الأذان ويقال فيه ( صلوا في بيوتكم)، وتضمن التوجيه بعدم إغلاق مغاسل الموتى، وأن تكون صلاة الجنازة في المقبرة.
ومع صدور قرار خادم الحرمين الشريفين في بدء حظر التجوال في مدن متعددة في المملكة شرعت الوزارة إلى البدء في إصدار تعريف إلكتروني للمؤذنين عن طريق بوابة الوزارة، بشأن تمكين المؤذنين من مزاولة عملهم أثناء فترة حظر التجول، كما عملت الوزارة على توجيه فروع الوزارة بالاستمرار في بث الرسائل التوعوية ضمن مبادرة : كلنا مسؤول ، للالتزام بتعليمات الجهات المختصة؛ المتعلقة بالحد من انتشار فيروس.
وفي مجال العناية بالجاليات بالمملكة ومع تزايد عدد الاصابات بينهم فقد وجه معالي الوزير بمضاعفة العمل الدعوي والإرشادي في أكثر من 400 مكتب تعاوني بمناطق المملكة لتوعية الجاليات عبر مقاطع فيديو إرشادية بلغات مختلفة .
