قررت السلطات السعودية استئناف رحلات الطيران الدولية وفتح المنافذ البرية والبحرية للدخول إلى أراضيها، اعتبارا من الساعة 11 صباح الأحد (بالتوقيت المحلي)، مع فرض إجراءات احترازية لمواجهة انتشار السلالة الجديدة من فيروس كورونا التي ظهرت في المملكة المتحدة وبعض الدول الأخرى.
وقال مصدر مسؤول في وزارة الداخلية، في بيان، إن حكومة المملكة “قررت انتهاء العمل بالإجراءات الاحترازية المتعلقة بانتشار نوع جديد متحور من فيروس كورونا المستجد (كوفيد 19) في عدد من الدول، فيما يخص تعليق جميع الرحلات الجوية الدولية للمسافرين والدخول إلى المملكة عبر المنافذ البرية والبحرية”.
وأشار البيان إلى أن إجراءات تعليق الرحلات الجوية وإغلاق المنافذ البرية والبحرية كان قد بدأ العمل بها لمدة أسبوع من تاريخ 20 ديسمبر/ كانون الأول الماضي، وتم تمديدها لمدة أسبوع آخر ينتهي في 3 يناير/ كانون الثاني.
وأوضح بيان الداخلية السعودية أن الدخول إلى المملكة فيما يخص غير المواطنين القادمين من المملكة المتحدة وجنوب أفريقيا، ومن أي دولة أخرى تحددها وزارة الصحة السعودية، تنتشر فيها السلالة الجديدة من فيروس كورونا المستجد “مشروط بأن يقضي الراغب في الدخول مدة لا تقل عن 14 يوما خارج الدولة المنتشر بها الفيروس المتحور (B. 1, 1, 7) قبل الدخول إلى السعودية، مع إجراء فحص (PCR) بعد انقضاء هذه المدة، يثبت خلوه من الإصابة بفيروس كورونا المستجد”.
وأضاف البيان أن من بين الإجراءات الاحترازية “حجر المواطنين والمسموح لهم بالدخول في الحالات الإنسانية والضرورية القادمين من الدول التي ينتشر فيها النوع الجديد المتحور من فيروس كورونا المستجد، في منازلهم تحت المراقبة مدة 14 يومًا، مع إجراء فحصين بتقنية (PCR)، الأول بعد الوصول بما لا يزيد عن 48 ساعة، والثاني قبل انتهاء الحجر في اليوم الثالث عشر”
وذكر بيان الداخلية أنه “فيما يتعلق بالدول التي سجلت فيها حالات من سلالة (B. 1, 1, 7) يتم حجر القادمين منها في منازلهم تحت المراقبة لمدة 7 أيام، مع إجراء فحص بتقنية (PCR)، قبل انتهاء مدة الحجر في اليوم السادس”.
وأضاف أنه “فيما يتعلق ببقية الدول فيتم العمل بالإجراءات المتبعة حاليًا، وهي الحجر المنزلي لمدة 7 أيام، أو الحجر المنزلي لمدة 3 أيام، مع إجراء فحص مخبري بتقنية (PCR)”.
