الرئيس ماكي سال في مقابلة مع صحيفة “لوفيغارو”: سيكون هناك نظام عالمي جديد سيعاد فيه ترتيب الأولويات

جدد الرئيس السنغالي ماكي سال دعوته لتخفيف عبء الديون عن القارة الأفريقية معتبرا  أن إفريقيا الضعيفة اقتصاديًا حين تعجز عن مواجهة  “كوفي19”  فستظل مصدر تهديد  للعالم جاء ذلك ضمن مقابلة أجرتها صحيفة “لو فيغارو” الفرنسية يوم الاثنين مقابلة مع الرئيس السنغالي، وأكد أن  العالم لن يتعافى  بشكل كامل حتى يختفي الفيروس من جميع البلدان ، داعيا بالتالي إلى التخلص من التحيز فيما يتعلق بأفريقيا باعتبارها تعتمد على المساعدة الخارجية.

وقال الرئيس ماكي سال في مقابلته: إننا في وضع استثنائي ، يلزم بذل جهد استثنائي للتضامن، يؤدي إلى إلغاء الدين العام الأفريقي وإعادة تنظيم الدين الخاص وفقًا للطرق التي يتم الاتفاق عليها. وأضاف: “إن هذا الإجراء لا ينبغي أن ينظر إليه فقط من زاوية التضامن، فهو منطقي أيضا من الناحية الاقتصادية، إن تخفيف عبء الديون عن إفريقيا يسهم أيضًا في صمودها كلاعب اقتصادي في السوق العالمية.

وأكد رئيس الدولة إنه سيدافع عن نظام عالمي جديد سيعاد فيه ترتيب الأولويات ، انطلاقا من الدرس الذي قدمه هذا الوباء،

وشدد الرئيس ماكي سال في مقابلته على ضرورة تعزيز التضامن بين البلدان الأفريقية في المعركة ضد الفيروس التاجي، وقال: إن التضامن هو طبيعتنا في أفريقيا، فمنذ ظهور الحالات الأولى في القارة، قمنا بتوحيد مواردنا وخبراتنا في البحث والتحليل الطبي من خلال مختبراتنا بما في ذلك معهد “باستور” داكار و Cdc Africa ، الذي ينسق تحت رعاية الاتحاد الأفريقي .

وذكر الرئيس ماكي سال أنه في 3 أبريل ، وبمبادرة من “سيريل رامافوسا” ، الرئيس الحالي للاتحاد الأفريقي ، عُقد اجتماع عبر الفيديو ، من أجل  وضع موقف أفريقي مشترك يهدف إلى تسهيل التعاون بين الدول الإفريقية لمواجهة وباء كورونا.
