أكدت الحكومة الإماراتية أنه “يمكن للأفراد الأجانب الحصول على الإقامة طويلة الأمد في الدولة من خلال خمسة أنواع من التأشيرات والأنظمة”

ما هي المميزات الإضافية التي تمنحها “الإقامة الذهبية” في الإمارات؟

وأشارت إلى أن أنواع التأشيرات والأنظمة التي تمكن الأجانب من الحصول على الإقامة طويلة الأمد في الدولة، وهي كالتالي:

  • الإقامة لمدة 10 سنوات من دون كفيل.
  • الإقامة لمدة 5 سنوات من دون كفيل.
  • تأشيرة التقاعد لمدة 5 سنوات للمقيمين في الإمارات.
  • برنامج الإقامة الذهبية “ازدهر في أبوظبي”، ومدة التأشيرة 5 أو 10 سنوات.
  • تأشيرة “تقاعد في دبي” (وهو برنامج حكومي).
    وأوضحت حكومة الإمارات الذكية أن “مدد تأشيرة الإقامة تختلف وفقا لنوع التأشيرة والكفيل، ويمكن أن تصدر لمدة سنة أو سنتين أو ثلاث سنوات، أو خمس أو عشر سنوات، من غير الحاجة إلى كفيل”، لافتة إلى أنه “وفقا للتطورات الأخيرة في سياسات إصدار تأشيرات الإقامة، يمكن إصدار تأشيرة الإقامة لمدة خمس سنوات و10 سنوات لفئات محددة ووفقا لشروط معينة”.
    وفي التفاصيل، تجدر الإشارة إلى أن حكومة الإمارات أتاحت إمكانية الحصول على تأشيرة الإقامة لمدة 10 سنوات من دون كفيل، للفئات الآتية:
  • المستثمرون في استثمارات عامة داخل الدولة بقيمة لا تقل عن 10 ملايين درهم.
  • أصحاب المواهب، ومن بينهم العلماء والمبدعون من أهل الثقافة والفن، والمخترعون، وأصحاب النخبة، والمديرون التنفيذيون، والأطباء، وأصحاب الاختصاص”.
    كما أتاحت الحصول على تأشيرة الإقامة لمدة خمس سنوات، تجدد تلقائيا، لـ:
  • المستثمرين في عقار.
  • رواد الأعمال.
  • المتفوقين من الطلبة، ويمتد نطاق التأشيرة ليشمل عائلات الطلبة أيضا.
    واعتمدت حكومة دولة الإمارات، في 2018، نظاما يسمح بمنح تأشيرة طويلة الأمد للمقيمين المتقاعدين فوق سن الـ55 عاما، حيث أنه بموجب النظام الجديد، يمنح الوافد المتقاعد تأشيرة إقامة مدتها خمس سنوات، تجدد تلقائيا في حال توافر أي من الشروط الآتية: “أن يمتلك المتقاعد استثمارا في عقار بقيمة مليوني درهم، أو ألا تقل مدخراته المالية عن مليون درهم، أو إثبات دخل لا يقلّ عن 20 ألف درهم شهريا”.
    هذا وأصدرت حكومة أبو ظبي برنامج “ازدهر في أبوظبي”، لزيادة التوعية بتصاريح الإقامة الذهبية طويلة الأمد، وسبل الحصول على جنسية دولة الإمارات للأفراد الموهوبين من أصحاب الكفاءات والطلبة، ورواد الأعمال والمستثمرين، ضمن القطاعات الرئيسة في إمارة أبوظبي.
