الإطار الوحدوي للإسلام في السنغال: يصدر بيانا حول المعاملة الخاصة للمدارس القرآنية
نظم الإطار الوحدوي للإسلام في السنغال جلسة موسعة لتبادل الآراء ضمت ممثلين عن الاتحاد الوطني لجمعيات المدارس القرآنية في السنغال، ورابطة المدارس القرآنية في السنغال، ورابطة المدارس القرآنية العصرية، تناولت بحث التدابير المتخذة لفتح المدارس الرسمية من جديد، والسبل والوسائل التي تسمح بالخروج من الأزمة التي يعيشها قطاع التعليم القرآني في السنغال.
ويأتي هذا الاجتماع عقب ما وصفه البيان بالمعاملة القاسية المتزايدة حيال المدارس القرآنية حيث يؤخذ العديد من التلاميذ، بالقوة، من أيدي معلميهم وتم حملهم في حافلات النقل إلى مراكز استقبال مؤقتة. ووصف البيان بأن هذا القرار قد تم اتخاذه دون تفكر عقلاني وبدون تشاور مع المعنيين، من معلمي المدارس القرآنية وأولياء أمور التلاميذ
وفي ختام الجلسة أصدر المجتمعون بيانا صحفيا تلقى موقع “ٍرفي داكار” نسخة منه تضمن جملة من المطالب والمقترحات إلى الجهات المعنية بالعملية التربوية والشؤون الاجتماعية في الحكومة السنغالية:
-إيقاف اجراءات أخْذ تلامذة المدارس القرآنية في جميع أرجاء الوطن فورا
-عودة التلاميذ المذكورين المحتجزين حاليا في مراكز الاستقبال إلى مدارسهم فورا
-تخصيص نصيب مهم من المساعدات الغذائية للمدارس القرآنية بحيث يستطيعون مواصلة دراساتهم مع مراعاة توصيات الأطباء
–إيقاف سائر الاجراءات بخصوص إغلاق المدارس القرآنية، بدون مبرر، فورا -استئناف الحوار مع كافة المعنيين بغية تحقيق مزيد من العناية الاهتمام بقطاع التعليم القرآني في صميم نظام التعليم الرسمي
