ابريطانيا: منزل عطلات الأميرة ديانا للبيع مقابل 12.5 مليون دولار

أعلنت شركة (Christie’s International Real Estate) للعقارات الفاخرة أن منزلًا في جزر الباهاما كان يستضيف أفرادًا من العائلة الملكية البريطانية معروضٌ للبيع مقابل 12.5 مليون دولار. ويعرف المنزل المكون من 5 غرف نوم باسم “كزوارينا الشاطئ”، وكان المكان الذي تقضي فيه الأميرة ديانا وابنيها ويليام وهاري عطلتهم.

بُني المنزل عام 1969، وهو من تصميم “هابي وورد” ثم عدله لاحقًا المعماري الباهامي “هنري ميلتش”. ورغم إعادة ترميمه في 2009، لا زال يحتفظ بأصالته الجمالية وسحره. وتبلغ مساحة المنزل الداخلية 417 مترًا مربعًا بينما تبلغ مساحة الأرض القائم عليها 1.05 فدان. وتطل معظم غرف النوم الخمسة على المياه، كما يمكن للضيوف الوصول إلى المياه مباشرة لأن المنزل يطل على شاطئ خاص طوله 54 مترًا.
