إيطاليا.. اعتقال 7 أشخاص على خلفية قضايا استغلال وإهانات بحق مهاجرين

أصدرت السلطات الإيطالية 7 أوامر احتجاز للمحاكمة وإخضاع للإقامة الجبرية صادرة عن قاضي تحقيق محكمة مدينة پاولا بمقاطعة كالابريا بتهمة السمسرة غير المشروعة والاستغلال في مجال العمل.

وقالت مصادر قضائية إن أوامر الاحتجاز “طالت خمسة أعضاء في جمعية أمانتيا الزراعية واثنين من المواطني البنغاليين من موظفي الشركة، الذين جمعوا أموالا من مواطنيهم للعمل واستئجار السكن الذي استضافوهم فيه.

وذكرت المصادر ذاتها، أن التحقيقات بدأت بشكوى قدمها أربعة عمال بنغاليين، سئموا العمل في ظروف بالغة الصعوبة، فتوجهوا إلى مركز شرطة پاولا، حيث أتاحت نتائج التحقيق وضع حد للضيق الذي تعرض له العمال البنغلاديشيون، وأجبروا على العمل لمدة تصل إلى 26 ساعة مقابل 30 يورو فقط (حوالي 1.50 يورو للساعة) مكابدين الإذلال المستمر والتهديدات والإهانات.

وذكر مقدموا البلاغ، أنهم اضطروا لتناول الطعام على الأرض أو على صناديق الفاكهة لأنه لم يكن يسمح لهم بالجلوس على المائدة كالإيطاليين، وعاشوا في شقة مساحتها 70 مترا مربعا بدون مراحيض عاملة.

وخلص المشتكون إلى القول إن عملهم كان تحميل وتفريغ شاحنات الفاكهة، وإذا أصيبوا أو اشتكوا من التعب، فقد تم تهديدهم بالفصل أو الاعتداء الجسدي.

ووفقا للمصادر القضائية، فقد تم الآن حجز الجمعية وإسنادها إلى وصي يتم تعينه من قبل محكمة المدينة.
