قال مدرب منتخب السنغال، أليو سيسي، إن استبدال مهاجمه ساديو ماني خلال مواجهة توغو، أمس الخميس، في التصفيات المؤهلة لمونديال “قطر 2022″، كان إجراء احترازيا وليس بسبب مشكلة خطيرة.
