أزمة في مطار بليز جانج: احتجاجات على فصل العمال وانتقادات لسوء الإدارة
يواجه مطار بليز جانج الدولي (AIBD SA) أزمة حادة، حيث يحتج 514 عاملًا على قرارات فصل جماعي يعتبرونها تعسفية وغير قانونية. ويؤكد المحتجون أن هذه الإجراءات تستند إلى تبريرات اقتصادية واهية، متهمين الإدارة بسوء إدارة الموارد والاعتماد على ممثلين نقابيين انتهت ولايتهم منذ أربع سنوات لتمرير هذه القرارات، ما يشكل انتهاكًا لقانون العمل.
إلى جانب ذلك، تتزايد التساؤلات حول الوضع المالي للمطار، حيث يُذكر أن مجلس الإدارة رفض بعض قرارات المدير العام، وسط اتهامات بتضليل الرأي العام بشأن أرقام العمالة والعجز المالي. كما يشير المحتجون إلى استمرار الامتيازات الممنوحة لكبار المسؤولين، رغم الأزمة المعلنة، في حين لا تزال 70 مليار فرنك إفريقي مستحقة للمطار من قبل الدولة، ما يضع مبررات الفصل الجماعي موضع تشكيك.
يطالب العمال بإلغاء قرارات الفصل، وإجراء انتخابات نقابية جديدة، وفتح تحقيق مستقل في إدارة التوظيف والمزايا المالية لكبار المسؤولين. وفي حال عدم الاستجابة خلال سبعة أيام، يهددون باللجوء إلى القضاء والتصعيد عبر إضراب عام.
