موريتانيا تطلق حملة لتطعيم 300 ألف شخص ضد كورونا.
أطلقت الحكومة الموريتانية اليوم الخميس حملة وطنية تستمر أسبوعا، وتهدف لتطعيم 300 ألف شخص ضد فيروس كورونا.
وتأمل الحكومة أن تتمكن من خلال هذه الحملة من كسر حاجز نصف مليون مطعم ضد فيروس كورونا، وذلك للتغلب على ما وصف بأنه عزوف أو ضعف إقبال من الموريتانيين على التقليح، حيث لم يتجاوز عدد من تلقوا الجرعة الأولى من اللقاح خلال خمسة أشهر 220 ألف شخص إلا بقليل.
أما عدد من أكملوا اللقاح بتلقي الجرعة الثانية فبالكاد تجاوز 20 ألف شخص.
وقررت اللجنة الوزارية المكلفة بمتابعة جائحة كوفيد 19 تنظيم هذه الحملة ولمدة أسبوع في عموم التراب الوطني، كما قررت فرض اللقاح على الموظفين العموميين، وباشرت بعض القطاعات الوزارية تنفيذه.
ويستخدم في هذه الحملة لأول مرة اللقاح الأمريكي “جونسون أند جونسون”، وذلك بعد تلقي موريتانيا 302400 جرعة منه هدية من الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية.
وأطلقت موريتانيا حملة للتطعيم ضد كورونا نهاية مارس الماضي، وأشرف على إطلاقها الرئيس محمد ولد الغزواني، واستخدمت فيها اللقاح الصيني “سينوفارم”، قبل أن تبدأ في تقديم اللقاح البريطاني “استرازينيكا” لاحقا.
