مدير المدرسة الكاثوليك في سين يقدم اعتذاره بعد استبعاد الطالبات المحجبات
بعد استبعاد عدد من الطالبات المحجبات من المدرسة الكاثوليك في سين بمدينة فاتيك يوم الاثنين، قدم مدير المدرسة، باتريس مبينغ، اعتذاره العلني يوم الثلاثاء. وأعرب المدير عن أسفه للقرار الذي اتخذته المدرسة بمنع الطالبات من دخول المؤسسة بسبب ارتداء الحجاب، مؤكداً أن ذلك كان بناءً على قوانين المدرسة الداخلية.
وقال باتريس مبينغ خلال مؤتمر صحفي حضره مفتش أكاديمية فاتيك، الشيخ يابا ديوب: “نعترف بأننا منعنا الطالبات من دخول المدرسة بسبب ارتداء الحجاب، ونقدم اعتذارنا للأهالي والطالبات”. وأكد أن المدرسة ستلتزم بالقرار الوزاري الذي يسمح بارتداء الرموز الدينية في المؤسسات التعليمية.
وفي خضم هذه الأزمة، أبدى بعض أولياء الأمور رغبتهم في نقل أبنائهم إلى مدارس أخرى، إلا أن مفتش الأكاديمية تمكن من إقناعهم بالعدول عن هذا القرار، مما ساهم في تهدئة الوضع.
