لا ، لا يمكن أن يكون الحجاب نقطة خلاف بين الإسلام والمسيحية

الحجاب، الذي غالبًا ما يُعتبر رمزًا للإيمان والتواضع في الإسلام وفي ديانات وثقافات أخرى، أصبح موضوعًا للنقاش في العالم، خاصة تحت التأثير الغربي، منذ حادثة مدرسة غابرييل-هافيز في كريل بفرنسا، في بداية العام الدراسي 1989، حيث تم استبعاد ثلاث تلميذات لرفضهن خلع الحجاب بدافع دينهن.
في أعقاب هذا الحدث، أصدر وزير التعليم في ذلك الوقت، ليونيل جوسبانLIONEL JOSPIN، منشورًا ينص على أن للمعلمين حق قبول أو رفض الحجاب في الفصل، على الرغم من قرار مجلس الدولة الذي أعلن أن ارتداء الحجاب الإسلامي لا يتعارض مع مبدأ العلمانية وأن استبعاد الفتيات الثلاث لن يكون مبررًا إلا بوجود خطر يهدد النظام في المدرسة.
ثم لم يكن إلا في عام 2003، تحت رئاسة جاك شيراك، أن قررت الدولة الفرنسية التشريع في هذا الموضوع من خلال تشكيل لجنة لإعداد نص قانوني يحظر ارتداء الرموز الدينية “الظاهرة” في المدارس. هذا القانون، الذي تم التصويت عليه في 15 مارس 2004، يحظر ارتداء الرموز أو الملابس التي يظهر من خلالها الطلاب انتماءً دينيًا بشكل واضح في المدارس والإعداديات والثانويات العامة. ويحدد المنشور أن الرموز المستهدفة هي بشكل صريح “الحجاب الإسلامي، أيا كان اسمه، أو الصليب ذو الحجم الكبير”.
وبما أن المزايدة هي اللعبة المفضلة للطبقة السياسية الفرنسية، فقد تتابعت القوانين والتعديلات لتشديد العقوبات، حتى جاء تعديل في قانون العمل عام 2016 ينص على أنه “يمكن إدراج مبدأ الحياد في النظام الداخلي باتفاق الشركة”، مما يمنح أصحاب العمل حق تقييد حرية موظفيهم في إظهار معتقداتهم الدينية.
عند النظر والتمعن، نجد أن هذه النصوص، باسم العلمانية المعادية للدين والمتطرفة، تشكل محاولة إهانة لجميع الأديان، لأنها تسعى إلى حصر الممارسة الدينية في دائرة خاصة والفردية بحتة، وهو ما لا يقبله أي ممارس مخلص لدينه. والتعبير “الظاهر” المذكور فيها هو طريقة ملتوية لإجراء تحقيق في نيات المتدينين، وهو ما لا يمكن إثباته. هذه النصوص القانونية التمييزية ضد المتدينين لا يمكن أن تُطبق في بلد يكون سكانه مؤمنين بنسبة 100%، موزعين بين مسلمين ومسيحيين وأتباع الديانات الأخرى. في السنغال. فمفهوم الأقلية لا معنى له في بلاد السنغال؛ نحن نبقى أمة موحدة، بشعب واحد، هدف واحد، إيمان واحد: شعب من أشقاء، وجيران، وأصدقاء، ومواطنين؛ هدف واحد بالعمل جنبًا إلى جنب من أجل الاستقرار والسلام وازدهار بلادنا؛ وإيمان بأن لدينا جميعًا الالتزام والقوة والقناعة لمواجهة التحديات معًا.
بمراجعة النصوص الدينية، يمكننا أن نرى أن القرآن (24:31 و33:59) والأحاديث النبوية تشجع النساء على اللباس المحتشم وارتداء الحجاب. وفي الإنجيل، نجد توصية بولسApotre Paul التي تنص على تغطية رؤوس النساء أثناء الصلاة (1 كورنثوس 11:5-6)؛ وهو نص يمكن لعلمائنا المتخصصين في الكتاب المقدس أن يساعدونا على فهمه بشكل أفضل.
الحجاب، سواء كان يُرتدى في إطار الإسلام أو في ديانات أخرى، يظل رمزًا للإيمان والاحترام للتدين. وعلى الرغم من أن تعبيراته قد تختلف حسب التقاليد والثقافات، فإنه لا يجب ولا يمكن أن يكون نقطة خلاف بين الإسلام والمسيحية.
وعلى الدولة، الضامنة للحريات الدينية والاعتقادية، أن تسعى لحل كل النزاعات والتي إذا لم يتم السيطرة عليه، قد تثير جدالات عقيمة، يمكن أن تستفحل إلى ما لا يحمد عقباه. مما يعطي أهمية كبيرة لتصريح رئيس الوزراء حول هذا الموضوع.
