داكار : عملية واسعة للسيطرة على الدراجات النارية بقيادة “أنـاسـر” والقوات الأمنية

أطلقت الوكالة الوطنية للسلامة الطرقية (ANASER)، بالتعاون مع الشرطة والدرك، عملية واسعة النطاق استهدفت سائقي الدراجات النارية في العاصمة داكار، يوم الاثنين. العملية قادها المدير العام للوكالة، أتومان سي، وغطّت أربع نقاط استراتيجية هي: مفترق RTS، مفترق مالك سي، نغور وأواكام.

الخطوة تأتي استجابةً للارتفاع المقلق في حوادث الدراجات النارية، المرتبطة في الغالب بعدم احترام قواعد السلامة الأساسية وعلى رأسها ارتداء الخوذات.

«نحن اليوم في مفترق RTS مع اللفتنانت مامادو ندور، قائد قسم تنظيم المرور، وفرقنا من أنـاسـر، في عملية مشتركة مخصصة كليًا لمراقبة الدراجات النارية»، صرّح أتومان سي، موضحًا أن الهدف وقائي بالأساس، يقوم على توعية السائقين والركاب بالمخاطر.

الأرقام الأولية تعكس حجم التحدي: من بين 217 سائقًا خضعوا للتفتيش في المواقع الأربعة، 96 لم يكونوا يرتدون خوذة، أي ما يعادل 44%. كما تشير بيانات الوكالة إلى أن 38% من حوادث السير في البلاد تشمل الدراجات النارية.

وحذّر المدير العام من خطورة الأمر قائلاً: «في كل سقوط، عدم ارتداء الخوذة يؤدي غالبًا إلى إصابات خطيرة أو صدمات دماغية».

الوكالة تعتزم توسيع هذه العمليات لتشمل جميع مناطق السنغال، مع تكثيف حملات التوعية بالسلامة المرورية، والتأكيد على أن الخوذة ليست مجرد خيار، بل «وسيلة حماية حيوية».

بهذه المبادرة، تؤكد السلطات التزامها بمواجهة انعدام الانضباط المروري وتعزيز ثقافة السلامة لدى الفئة الأكثر هشاشة على الطرقات: سائقي الدراجات النارية

You could peek at Yahoo’s home page and see how they create post titles to grab viewers to open the links.
