وافق مجلس إدارة مجموعة بنك التنمية الأفريقي، في أبيدجان على منح السنغال قرضًا قيمته 108.36 مليون يورو للمساعدة في تمويل الإسراع بالتصنيع وبرنامج دعم التنافسية والتوظيف (PAAICE)، ويتكون الدعم المالي من قرضين؛ الأول بقيمة 96.1 مليون يورو من بنك التنمية الأفريقي، والثاني بقيمة 12.26 مليون يورو من صندوق التنمية الأفريقي، ذراع التمويل الميسر.
